SHANNON ERB

Shannon Erb is the Chief Executive Officer for PMGS. Shannon manages the overall strategy and direction for PMGS to make sure it remains the premier national RCM for MAT, PHP, Reference Lab, and behavioral health clients. Shannon provides account management support for top-tier clients and advises clients on opportunity analysis, operational performance, and market growth strategies to help maintain the strongest partnership between the practice and PMGS. Shannon comes with over 15 years experience leading teams through all aspects of the revenue cycle including multi-site behavioral health, substance abuse clinics, and reference labs. Shannon ultimately believes PMGS success is built on 5-star customer service, best-in-class performance, and making clients successful beyond their revenue cycle management.

MICHELLE GREGOROVIC

Michelle Gregorovic is the Chief Operating Officer for PMGS. Michelle manages the day-to-day functions of the PMGS business to ensure maximum productivity and customer satisfaction. In addition, Michelle oversees the regulatory compliance and legal aspects of insurance billing and can help clients navigate insurance audits and documentation requests. Michelle is a results-oriented executive with over a decade of experience managing billing and insurance functions, most recently as the Director of Billing for all of Banyan’s Treatment Centers nationwide. She is a data-driven professional and can help clients better understand performance trends and opportunities for improvement.

DANIEL TACKLING, MBA, CHFP

Daniel Tackling is the Chief Financial Officer for PMGS. Daniel manages financial, analytics, marketing, and business development efforts for PMGS, as well as, provides advisory support for clients to help them improve their overall financial health and operational success. Daniel brings over a decade of experience in business management, with an emphasis in health system strategy and private practice management where he has held roles as an analyst, consultant, and executive. Daniel believes PMGS has to earn client's trust every day using evidence-based business management with data driven decisions focus on value creation.
