Shannon provides account management support for top-tier clients and advises clients on opportunity analysis, operational performance, and market growth strategies to help maintain the strongest partnership between the practice and PMGS. Shannon comes with over 20 years experience leading teams through all aspects of the revenue cycle including multi-site behavioral health, substance abuse clinics, and Ambulatory Detox. Shannon ultimately believes PMGS success is built on 5-star customer service, best-in-class performance, and making clients successful beyond their revenue cycle management.
